After an exciting week of American Youth Football League action week 10 has some of the can’t miss games of the year on schedule.
#3 Pembroke Pines Bengals 95s Vs. #5 West Park Hurricanes 95s
For months and months the talk was around about who had the best 95lb team in the AYFL and the moment of the regular season everybody had been waiting for is finally here.In what could possibly be a super bowl preview coach Christopher McGonigal Bengals come into this contest only giving up 12 points in running clock situations all year and with an unblemished record of 9-0.The Hurricanes led by coach Ceasar Tavarez have done nothing but win this season outscoring opponents 105 to 7 in the last 4 weeks of action.Both of these teams have some great top notch talent on the field West Park is led by #3 Keshawn Brown but has a great counter part with #1 Katravis Geter both of these kids can change the complex of the game in the blink of an eye.The Bengals also have difference makers in #2 Terrence “T2” Lewis and #10 Ja’den McBarrows. This game is by far the most anticipated game of the year in the AYFL the winner of this game will have a shoe in at the #1 playoff seed in the 95lb division.
#12 Plantation Wildcats 125s Vs. #25 Miramar Wolverines 125s
The Wildcats come into this game on a 7 game winning streak and scoring over 200 points combined in those last 7 games. Look for stud athlete #3 Marlon King to make a lot of plays for the Wildcats.Miramar has had a good season so far and are rolling into this game with an 8-1 record but are still disrespected as some say they haven’t played a tough schedule so far.The Wolverines have a powerful running game led by #5 Desmond Branton who has to be inconsideration for the best running back on the 125lb this year.This game is about styles of teams Miramar is a ground it out power team and Plantation can spread you out and throw it around with there effective passing game. Should be a interesting match up.
#8 Miramar Wolverines 105s Vs. #21 Plantation Wildcats 105s
In a grudge match from a preseason jamboree that ended in a tie the Wolverines and Wildcats meet again to settle the score.Miramar has had an impressive showing on the 105s this season winning all there games with exception to a 6 point overtime loss to a good PPO team.The Wolverines have established that they are a serious super bowl contender and are ready for any challenge.Plantation has put it’s self in good position to contend in the post season with there 8-1 record also losing to PPO.The Wildcats and Wolverines are set to do battle in what could turn out to be a epic 105s battle.
