Overtown Tornado Midget Pop Warner coach, Shanton Crummie, talked to Football Hotbed Saturday after his upset win over the Gwen Cherry Bulls who were previously undefeated and the No. 1 seed in the Greater Miami South Florida Pop Warner Conference. Crummie’s Tornadoes walked away with a resounding 23-0 victory. Listen as coach describes the metamorphosis his team underwent in order to reach their goal of making it back to another super bowl. He and his staff won the National Championship of Pop Warner in 2010 when they were the Overtown Rattlers and had quarterback Treon Harris, Deltron Hopkins and Terry Jefferson who are now members of the No. 1 ranked High School football team in the country, the Booker T. Washington Tornadoes.
