Coral Gables, FL– The Miami Hurricanes are rounding into shape ahead of their home opener against Florida A&M on Saturday, September 3rd at home at the new Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens. The stadium was christened last week during an impressive showing by the entertainment group who purchased the stadium naming rights.
“Hard Rock Stadium will be a global entertainment destination and we are excited to enter this long-term partnership with Hard Rock International, an iconic worldwide brand that continues to grow,” Miami Dolphins President & CEO Tom Garfinkel said. “They are synonymous with music and entertainment and have a rich history of philanthropy and community engagement.”
The Hurricanes will look to finish off this week’s practice and look forward to some real football in this upcoming week. Here are comments from head coach, Mark Richt.
