Senior Academic All-American Combine

Atlanta, GA— We are inviting the nation’s best academically qualified football players who are seniors to participate in our 2nd Annual Senior Academic All-American Combine on Saturday January 13, 2018 at McEachern High School. The purpose of this combine & mini camp is to give high academic achieving kids across the country a southern destination on which to earn attention from high academic institutions looking to attract top flight football players.  This combine is only for the senior class of 2018.

Check in is at 9 AM at McEachern High School Stadium and we are encouraging all of the nation’s best academic football players to come.  Scouts will be present with ties to all of the academic institutions recruiting in the Ivy League, Patriot League, Pioneer League and Northeast Conference.  All participants will receive a scouting profile and combine gear.  In addition, the combine will be filmed and workouts sent to member colleges.

At check in, you must show proof of meeting the following requirements:

  • For the 2018 classes
  • A Core GPA of at least a 3.0
  • An SAT minimum score of 1000 (combined two-part) OR minimum 21 ACT

Brandon Odoi is a tenured journalist. He's covered youth football since 8th grade, high school football since 2009 and began covering college football in 2011 as a beat writer for the University of Miami Athletic programs. In 2011, he founded Football Hotbed a national multi-media platform for football across the country. He's a graduate of the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and spent his first five years as a professional working at ABC Television Network, ending his career as a producer in Miami. He's married with two sons and resides in South Florida.
