Offered: 2020 QB Sol-Jay Maiava of Hawaii Grabs Michigan Offer

Ft. Lauderdale, FL– Class of 2020 QB Sol-Jay Maiava was a participant in our National Middle School Invitational Showcase and flew halfway across the world to do it.  He flew from Hawaii to the University of Miami in Coral Gables.  He competed in a two-day competition with some of the nation’s best.  He finished 13th but today he grabbed the best prize of all. He became only the second QB in the 2020 Future 4 class (the nickname for our national QB competition) to grab an offer.  Finalist Max Johnson had an offer from the University of Miami going into the competition and has since nabbed an offer from Florida  State.

Now Maiava joins the ranks having picked up honors after a satellite camp at which head coach Jim Harbaugh was present.  Read the details here on Youth 1.
