Miramar, FL– The St. Thomas Aquinas Raiders maintained their Top Ten national ranking this week, despite losing to then No. 6, Booker T. Washington 27-23 in a game broadcast live exclusively on Football Hotbed. However, this week, they look to get a solid road win over a tough Miramar Patriots team. The Patriots are a team that is coming into the game high off of a big win over Mater Academy (Hialeah, FL) and are looking to upset St. Thomas.
This match up between Broward County Florida teams has always been electric. There is no love lost between these two teams. Miramar head coach, Pierre Senatus, knows that his team will have to play very well but craves big match ups like this one to propel his program to the levels they were during their state championship runs of 2009 and 2012.
