Announcing the 2013 Hotbed Classic: July 26-29th

Trophies presented by FBU, Football University

(Jacksonville, FL) The date is now set for America’s hottest Youth Football Pre-season classic.  Youth football America, mark your calendars for the weekend of July 26-29th.  In 2013, the 2nd Annual Hotbed Classic returns to Duval County in Jacksonville, Florida.  Last year’s champions will look to repeat and defend their crowns and new champions will hope to emerge.  All of the 2012 Hotbed Classic winners went on to win their respective conference championships and advanced to regional and in most cases, national play.  We expect that 2013 will be no different.

In 2013, the tournament field will be expanded to include teams from Illinois, Georgia, Florida, and North Carolina among others.  The key to the Hotbed classic is pulling in the best teams in four age divisions (8U, 10U 12U and 14U) and putting them together to determine who is the best of the best.  It’s a pre-season test that is not for the faint of heart.  It takes preparation and planning and truly prepares championship teams for a year of success.  To enter the Hotbed Classic, stay tuned for more information which will be forthcoming in January.  But teams nationwide should begin to plan for the nation’s best classic.

Hotbed Teams Face Off

Last years winners were 8U Rockledge Raiders (Florida), 10U Gwinnett Chargers (Georgia) and 12U M.O.T. Cowboys (Jacksonville, FL).  Who will take home the coveted Hotbed Classic Championship Trophies presented by Football University? Only time will tell.
