Kicker Jordan Nadelman is X-Factor for Team South Florida


(San Antonio)- He might be the team’s smallest player, but kicker Jordan Nadelman is a key component of the South Florida 7th Grade All-Star team competing for a National Championship in San Antonio, Texas this week.  Nadelman, the younger brother of Miami Central High School’s Emilo Nadelman who is committed to Central Florida, is a sixth grader out of the Tamiami Colts organization in the Xtreme Youth Football League.

Kicker Jordan Nadelman 7th Grade FBU All-Star

0 yards in from either hash on field goals and has hit a long of 35 in a game this past season.  Now he hopes to help propel his team to a national championship as he handles all the kicking duties.

Coached by his father, Emilio Nadelman Senior, Jordan is developing the kind of technique that has already garnered him great attention and has him with an offer on the table already to play in the 7th grade Eastbay All-American Game next season.

For now, Nadelman is focused and ready to compete.  He and his South Florida teammates take the field on Friday, January 4th at 2 p.m. CST against Team Maryland in the first ever 7th Grade FBU National Semi-Final.

He's covered youth football since 8th grade, high school football since 2009 and began covering college football in 2011 as a beat writer for the University of Miami Athletic programs.
