Metro Atlanta’s Torrence Gains Distinction of Being First Named AA

The site of the 2015 All-American game is set and the first All-American selected from the 2020 class is Metro Atlanta’s Rashad Torrence of Douglasville.  The gifted 2020 athlete is a well rounded player who excels on both offense and defense.  He’s so talented that we’re not sure where he’ll play in High School.  In the 2015 All-American game, Torrence shined.  He had an interception, several pass receptions and played a well-rounded game.

Many of the coaches walked away impressed by his performance and thought his potential at the next level was tremendous.

Having played for both his middle school (Woodward Academy, College Park, GA) and his recreational team the undefeated 12U Atlanta Vikings, Torrence really proved to be a player who was coming from up under the radar to the spot light.  Having increased his work ethic and dedication to getting better as the accolades pile up, he’s continued to show why he should be considered on of the best 2020 players in the country.Rashad Torrence

In 2014 alone, Torrence played for the Future Stars Georgia team, for undefeated Atlanta Vikings and for his Middle School team.  He was named to several All-American lists such as National Sports Report and especially Football Hotbed.

The separation for an athlete like Rashad Torrence is his sincere desire to be the best and to work as hard as possible to get to that point.  He plays like he has a chip on his shoulder.  That’s what makes him really talented and that’s what’s going to continue to keep this shining star’s stock on the rise.  We salute Mr. Torrence, the first ever 2015 Football Hotbed All-American.

If you want to catch Torrence in action, watch him play live on January 2, 2016 from Jupiter, Florida’s Community High School live on Football Hotbed.  It’s a Hotbed World.
