Nation’s Best Uncommitted Players With The Most Offers

Marcus Benjamin @_benjaminmoney

The first ever early signing day saw many of the top players in the nation ink their letters of intent in December.  There are still however tons of talent out there where teams can make up ground in their recruiting rankings.  Signing the best recruiting class is more important in this day in age with true freshman quarterbacks Tua Tagovailoa and Jake Fromm playing in the most critical moments of the college football national championship game earlier this month.

Teams like Florida State are simply trying to crack the top 25 in recruiting while perennial powers like Alabama, Clemson, and Georgia are making pushes for the number one recruiting class. Alabama is going for eight straight number one ranked recruiting classes while Georgia currently sits at number one.  Alabama is making strong pushes for Issac Taylor-Stuart, Jacob Copeland, Nicholas Petit-Frere, Patrick Surtain Jr. and Tyson Campbell all of whom are set to visit Tuscaloosa in the next two weekends.  Miami is looking to maintain a top five class and sign Andrew Chatfield who was in Coral Gables last weekend but Florida State has been busy on the recruiting trail securing visits for Chatfield, Jamarcus Chatman, Joshua Moore, and Jalen Hall.  In this business, last impressions may be just as important as first ones.  Maybe more important.
