Preview: No. 2 Chaminade Madonna v. Clearwater Central Catholic | FHSAA 1M Final

TALLAHASEE– The nation’s No 2 ranked team, Chaminade Madonna is poised and ready to defend their state championship this Thursday at Florida A&M University’s Bragg Stadium during the 1M Florida High School Athletic Association Final. Their opponent is a familiar foe, Clearwater Central Catholic who they defeated last year to win fifth state championship in the past seven years.

This will be a game that will come down to defense. Can Clearwater Central stop the high-powered offense of Chaminade and can the Lions slow the CCC run game down.  Only time will tell. Log on to Football Hotbed’s State Championship Portal for more state series coverage.
