Update July 18, 2016: Because of the current climate in Baton Rouge, we are canceling this event. We have never had to cancel an event before, however we feel that safety first is the best policy.
Zachary, LA– For the first time ever, Football Hotbed is excited to be heading to Louisiana, one of the Hotbed’s for football in the United States. We’re inviting all of the Southwest’s best middle school athletes to come and showcase their talents in front of our cameras, writers and scouts.
As the nation’s only All-American showcase platform that tours the nation looking for athletes in person, eliminating the need for film for those who do not have access to it, Football Hotbed prides itself on going to ‘Hotbeds’ of youth football nation wide.
What’s at steak? First, the satisfaction that your training is paying off. But more importantly for rising 6th, 7th and 8th graders, each has a opportunity to earn an invitation to the Football Hotbed Middle School All-American game in January 2017. This year’s game will be played in Ft. Lauderdale, FL at the historic St. Thomas Aquinas High School. The game will be free of charge, athletes need only pay for their travel to the game and lodging and meals upon arrival. Meals during practice will be provided along with hydration and uniforms and other giveaways. It’s sure to be a great experience for America’s best middle school football talent.
