Our 11th Annual Middle School All-American Games will feature 70 of the nation’s best 6th, 7th, and 8th-grade athletes. Two 35-man rosters will square off in each grade level mixing talent from the entire United States together to produce the best possible competition for our All-American Game. Thus, the nation’s best players can display their talents to the nation via a live internet stream audience and truly be tested by facing the very best in youth football.  Teams are determined after individual drills in which each participating athlete displays his skills. The entire practice week is done in full pads.  Afterward, there’s a draft to determine teams and thus pitting the best possible competition against each other to produce the most competitive game possible.
Our All-American game platform is truly the best in the country. Not because of our uniforms, the swag we provide, or the game location.  It’s simply because we attract the best talent in the country and that talent gets a chance to be tested and for many for the first time in their middle school careers. The test is with elite-level competition.  Many of our 8th graders begin playing varsity in 9th grade because of their skill level.  Here are some of the alumni from our very first game that are now participating in the college ranks.

When you talk about exposure, you have to mean what you say.  We have daily coverage of each day of All-American week.  We will do recaps and highlights. We are the best in giving your kids the platform to shine and do whatever they can to turn heads and begin building their football resumes with a goal of gaining a college scholarship.

AUXILLARY MEDIA HIGHLIGHTS 

We were blessed with a great platform to promote athletes.  However, even though we are a media corporation with our own website and social media to expose our athletes completing on our national platform, we often attract the media coverage of auxiliary organizations.  Check out this video of our 2018 Middle School All-American game that got over 200K views on YouTube done by Beyond Reality.

Follow /*! elementor - v3.21.0 - 22-05-2024 */ .elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-stacked .elementor-drop-cap{background-color:#69727d;color:#fff}.elementor-widget-text-editor.elementor-drop-cap-view-framed .elementor-drop-cap{color:#69727d;border:3px solid;background-color:transparent}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap{margin-top:8px}.elementor-widget-text-editor:not(.elementor-drop-cap-view-default) .elementor-drop-cap-letter{width:1em;height:1em}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap{float:left;text-align:center;line-height:1;font-size:50px}.elementor-widget-text-editor .elementor-drop-cap-letter{display:inline-block} Coral Gables, FL— The 10th Annual National Middle School Invitational Showcase presented by Football Hotbed was an amazing display of talent that led to four players being offered by the University of Miami football staff via Football Hotbed.  The two-day event held each summer at a college or university in division one NCAA football features invited athletes across the United States all looking to compete at a high level and test their mettle against some of the top talents in their high school graduating classes.  The 2024 event marked the fourth time the event had been held at the University of Miami.  Last year, the event was held at the University of Arizona where future five-star tight end Judah Lancaster took home MVP honors overall.  The year prior two years, the event was held at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA.This year’s 10th Annual event featured the classes of 2028 (rising freshman), 2029 and 2030 and quarterbacks in the class of 2031.  Football Hotbed has an annual Middle School All-American during the first weekend of each year and allows 5th grade quarterbacks to compete in the middle school showcase to ensure that an elite-level talent is always taking snaps in the game, one who had previously proven their worth on the Middle School Showcase platform.About 120 athletes from 15 states participated in the event on June 13th and 14th.  Day one was hosted by the University of Miami in their indoor facility, while day two was at the Betty T. Ferguson Center Complex in Miami Gardens.  That’s just across the street from the Miami Dolphins practice facility and Hard Rock Stadium where both the Dolphins and Hurricanes both play their home games.Here are the final results: Final @Future4QB class of 2031 rankings. Summer Feature: Elijah ‘Just Chill’ Hardy 2026 RB

Follow The summer is full of off season and developing and unearthing potential elite talents. One such talent is a familiar name across South Florida, Miami Northwestern’s sophomore running back Elijah ‘Just Chill’ Hardy.  The rising junior is far from an under-the-radar prospect but one thing that took place during the 2023 season is his return to the running back position where he garnered wide-spread acclaim as a youth player. The name ‘Just Chill’ is well known to all youth community of South Florida as the Miami Northwestern Bull running back made a big name beginning with the Scott Lake Vikings and transitioned to the Miami Gardens Chiefs where he took center stage.  Hardy’s combination of speed and vision makes him elite.  And he’s so talented that he joined a loaded Miami Northwestern roster as a freshman and made the transition to wide receiver in order to get onto the field, though, much of his experience coming into high school was in the backfield; only proving just how versatile he is. In 2023, you saw his emergence as a gamebreaker as he returned to his natural home, behind the line of scrimmage. Spring Football Excitement Across South Florida

Follow There has been a tremendous amount of excitement across South Florida the past several weeks as teams have begun wrapping up spring practices and having inter-squad scrimmages and spring games. These scrimmages and games are an early indicator of the skill and talent level each school will look to display come the fall.  Once again, South Florida took the majority of the state’s football championships at the Metro Division level that is now defunct. Columbus, St. Thomas Aquinas and Chaminade won the 4M, 3M and 1M titles respectively.  Miami Norland finished as the runner up to Tampa’s Berkley Catholic High School.  This spring, established coaches like Southridge’s Pierre Senatus are upbeat about their program’s potential after having a few seasons under his belt.  In juxtaposition, Miami Northwestern’s first year head coach, NFL Veteran Teddy Bridgewater, is working out the kinks after his first intersquad scrimmage and spring game.  Stay with Footballhotbed.com for the developments of this off season across the Southeast.
