Adam Tello owner of Nutrishop Eastvale was at the recent Eastvale Training event on Sunday February 8th as a sponsor. He spoke with the kids about the importance of fueling their body for the best performance on the field. Adam no stranger to the sport being a Norco High School grad and having played football at Arizona State graduating in 2012 says “once people learn the science of food, nutrition and their body they have more control over results”. Tello even says his 5 year old daughter drinks protein shakes and loves them. Nutrishop provided a scoop of protein shakes and fluids to kids at the camp during intermission. Nustrishop was also on hand with bottles and towels for camp goers which they ran out of due to the overwhelming amount of kids that showed up. Competing in sports or any physical activity you want to always make sure your giving you body the proper hydration and rest it needs to perform when you need it to perform. Tello is on a mission to show youth athletes how to get the most of their workouts and how you produce when its time to perform.
